RETURN & REFUND
Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product:
1. The product itself has quality problems;
2. Product damage occurred during transportation;
3. Incorrect delivery of the goods, the product does not conform to the ordered product, and can apply for return or exchange without affecting the secondary sales.
The following conditions do not apply to 14 days no reason to return:
1. Personal customized goods;
2. The product has been used (the electronic product is considered to have been used once it is energized);
3. The commodity and its functional parts, accessories appearance wear;
4. If the outer packaging of the goods is lost or seriously damaged (except for unpacking), it will actually affect the secondary sales of the goods. This situation does not apply for 14 days without reason to return.
5. Others are not suitable for return according to the nature of the goods, and that have been confirmed by you at the time of purchase as not suitable for return of goods;
6. Other circumstances in which the goods are not in good condition affecting the second sale;
How to apply for a return
1. Return and exchange due to personal reasons: Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, send an email to the after-sales service center without affecting the secondary sales. After-sales customer service will accept your request within 1-3 working days after receiving the email, and the freight incurred by the return and exchange shall be borne by yourself.
2. Return and exchange due to quality reasons: Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, send an email to [email protected] to the after-sales service center, the customer service will accept the application within 1-3 working days after receiving the mail. Your request, the freight generated by the return and exchange will be borne by us.
3.About return: Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, please contact the courier company directly. After the courier company receives the goods, the courier company will inform us of the refund related matters. Our company will complete the refund process within 15 working days.
4.If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
